Combining women's and men's ministries proved to be a winner! Perfect for couples and a great way to spend a couple of hours Sunday morning! The ladies made blessing bags with homemade items and a flower for people within and outside the church. Planning to make this a regular event, the last Sunday of the month starting at 10 am
Pictures from the Spring Season of Prayer. We brainstormed and planned our activities for the Spring season, which include making and distributing15 love baskets for our members and friends who could use some sunshine in their lives. We will be bringing items and assembling the bags on our next meeting on April 30.
We will also be hosting an introductory cooking school led by Donna Thompson on June 25.
Other plans include a group Quilting project of love blankets for special occasions, such as baptisms or births, and basics of bread making.
We strive to have activities that all can participate in regardless of skill levels, even young girls will find they can help as we complete our projects.
