What is the Sabbath Day?

What is the Sabbath Day? Why do Adventist worship on Saturday and not Sunday? What do seventh-day adventists do on the Sabbath? These are just some of the many questions we've heard, and you might be asking them as well. In essence, the Sabbath is a day of rest, reflection, enjoyment and worship for God’s people.
