What is the Sabbath Day?

What is the Sabbath Day? Why do Adventist worship on Saturday and not Sunday? What do seventh-day adventists do on the Sabbath? These are just some of the many questions we’ve heard, and you might be asking them as well. In essence, the Sabbath is a day of rest, reflection, enjoyment and worship for God’s people. It dates back to the seventh day of the creation week, when God stopped His work and took time to rest and savor it.

Here are a few videos that we feel bring some clarity on the Sabbath. Please reach out if you still have questions, we’d be happy to answer.
